Dr. Lindsey Hughey is the owner of Onward Wilmington. Besides practicing as a physical therapist, she is also an educator. She teaches health care providers across the country concerning excellence in extremity management for The Institute of Clinical Excellence.

Lindsey loves to fill in and coach when she can at CrossFit Bear, which is her home box for more than a decade. Outside of the teaching and coaching, you can find Lindsey adventuring with her family or solo style anywhere there are mountains or oceans.
