Rose has been a CrossFit athlete since 2013 and is extremely passionate about health, nutrition and fitness. She has an amazing family that she's thankful for and works full time as a physical therapist. Outside the gym, Rose enjoys rock climbing, ice climbing, hiking, and anything that keeps her outdoors!
